You may call us or schedule a repair at any time convenient for you. Enter your device information and where you want the repair performed or device pick up to take place.
2. Arrival and diagnosis
A technician will contact you to confirm details and come to your home or location of your choosing. We will then diagnose the issue.
Depending on the complexity of the issue, we will make repairs at the location or be picked up and completed within 72 hours.
4. Return to the specified address
After a repair is completed, our technician will contact you to deliver the device. All repairs include a 90-day part and labor warranty.
Palmetto Tech Rescue is a team of technicians working round-the-clock, seven days a week to fill all of your electronic repair needs. We provide local service to Charleston, South Carolina, and the 1 -hour drive radius around it.
We have the tools and experience to come up with individual solutions for problems and issues instead of following a generic manual. PalmettoTechRescue provides services to customers within a 1-hour radius of Charleston, South Carolina. Areas include but are not limited to: North Charleston, Summerville, Johns Island, Mount Pleasant, etc… Customers outside this area will need to contact us to arrange mail-in shipping and service terms.
Warranty on all repairs is 90 days parts and labor from the day repair is completed. The warranty does not cover physical damage or breakage.
Our company pays special attention to the privacy of your data. No information from your gadget will be transferred to a third party. We respect our customer’s privacy and will not view your personal information unless instructed by you to recover your data.
Palmetto Tech Rescue nor any of its associates are responsible for any data on devices, any data loss, or any devices lost by shipping carriers. All personal data should be backed up prior to any repair being attempted. Data backup is the sole responsibility of the customer.
We accept cash or e-transfer. For mail-in repair services, full payment must be submitted before a device is mailed back. By clicking submit and mailing your device to us you agree to these terms and conditions.
