It depends on the repair. What Steam Deck repairs do you do?
Almost all of them: cracked or dead screens, joystick/thumbstick drift (including drift-proof Hall-effect upgrades), USB-C charging port repair, battery replacement, fan replacement, buttons and triggers, no-power and board-level micro-soldering, and liquid damage recovery.
Do you repair both the Steam Deck OLED and LCD models?
Yes — we repair both the original LCD Steam Deck and the Steam Deck OLED. Just tell us which model you have and we'll quote the right parts.
Can you fix Steam Deck stick drift for good?
Yes. We replace worn thumbsticks, and we also offer Hall-effect stick upgrades that are designed not to develop drift over time.
Can I mail my Steam Deck in from out of state?
Yes — we accept mail-in Steam Deck repairs from anywhere in the lower 48, and return shipping is included. Just send the Deck itself unless the issue involves the charger or a dock.
Will I lose my games or saved data?
No. A hardware repair doesn't wipe your storage, so your installed games and SteamOS stay put. If a repair involves the storage drive itself, we'll talk it through with you first.
