How it Works

1. Submit your info using the form below and we’ll promptly respond with an individual quote specific to your issue.
2. After you confirm with us we email you a PDF work order to include in the package with your device.
3. You securely package your device and mail it with adequate insurance to the address we provide in your confirmation email.
4. Upon arrival you can begin to track the progress of your repair on our website. Most repairs are completed within 72 hours of arrival.
5. You submit payment and return shipping cost to us after completion of diagnostics and repairs.
6. We ship the device back via the original method used.
7. You receive the package in the mail and can get back to using your device!
